SENIOR SPECIALIST-CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT
  • An engineering degree suitable to the nature of the work in Airways Engineering and a minimum of two (2) years formal education in industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Ten (10) years experience in Configuration/Data Management Systems, systems analysis and design, engineering data control and release, military data management systems, or business computer systems.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a Saudi Arabian driver's license.

SENIOR SPECIALIST-CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT

Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, and a minimum of ten (10 years of experience as a maintenance engr in Air Navigation Services : or Formal Training and twenty (20) years experience in maintenance of ATC Systems, five (5) of which must be at supervisory or engineering level.


Sound judgement, initiative & tack, with the ability to maintain a harmonious working relationship. Demonstrate the ability to maintain a harmonious working relationship. Demonstrate the ability to absorb knowledge of computerized information systems in an aviation environment. Preparation of reports, analysis & research abilities are essential.


SENIOR ENGINEER – (NAVAIDS)

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering on Physical Science with Ten (10) years experience directly related to any of the following: NAVAID, system design, planning and analysis; project management and implementation; system operations and maintenance. A background encompassing all three categories of activity is desirable. Comprehensive knowledge of navigation aids system concepts to include planning and/or operational experience. At least five (5) years experience in a supervisory capacity. Experience in Air Traffic Control related NAVAID system is essential and Sound knowledge of computerized management information system in an aviation environment is required.


ENGINEER – RADAR

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or at least vie (5) years experience in maintenance of Radar systems, including ASDE, terminal and enroute Radars, or formal training with ten (10) years experience. Must be able to obtain and retain GACA certification for Air Navigation Facilities Maintenance.


SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECH. – COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEMS

Formal training and at least Ten (10) years experience in repair, restoration and maintenance of ground-based UHF/VHF/HF voice communication equipment, associated remote control systems and digital VCSS systems. A General knowledge of microprocessors is required. UHG/VHF training and experience is highly essential.


SOFTWARE ENGINEER 'A' KAIA SYSTEMS

Bachelor's Degree in Computer science or Electronics with five (5) years experience of Real-Time Programming and analysis has a background of radar, display and air traffic procedures from work with civil aviation authority or military service. Alternatively, adequate experience in private industry producing equipment for civil aviation will be considered. Expertise in system and hardware /software integration and testing, hardware architecture and structure documentation. Expertise in ADA and C++ language under UNIX Operating system in ATC radar/flight data processing is essential.


STATISTICAL AND BUDGETING ENGINEER

Assists system engineering members in preparing plans and concepts for Air Navigation Services.

Knowledge in the field of airport engineering, international airport, navigational aids, communication and experience working in the field of services and facilities will be treated as extra plus. Knowledge of ICAO and FAA documents are preferable.

Must have the experience in using computer and project management programs. Good working knowledge of English (particularly grammar and spelling) and some mathematics.


MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – EQUIPMENT COOLING

Under the supervision of the Supervisor – Electro/Mechanical Central Workshop, and reports to the Senior Equipment Cooling Technician. Works under an assigned supervisor on the maintenance of environmental systems.

Formal training and preferable three (3) years experience on air conditioning systems, including refrigeration units up to five tons, and chilled water systems as found in major industrial or business areas.

Experience required on all aspects of evaporation, compression, ventilation, ducting, distribution, air handling systems, and associated electrical and smoke detection systems.


MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – AUTOMOTIVE

Formal training and preferable three (3) years experience in a commercial or industrial automotive maintenance operation. Must have experience in automatic transmission, power steering and braking systems, and large capacity gasoline and diesel engines. A good working knowledge of vehicle electrics/electronics is necessary, and familiarity with vehicle air conditioning systems is desirable.


NAVAIDS ENGINEER

Provides engineering skill to analyze Navaids Systems requirements, develops system specifications, and conduct site surveys to determine facility locations and requirements; assists in the evaluation of existing systems to develop systems improvement plan.

Requires a Bachelor's Degree in engineering and a minimum of five (5) years Navaids systems experience; and three (3) years of directly related NAVAIDS system experience.


SENIOR MAINTENANCE TECH. – SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS

Formal Radar training and a good knowledge of Primary and Secondary Radar, with at least ten (10) years experience in maintenance of En Route and Terminal Maneuvering Area Applications. A good working knowledge of digital signal processing systems is required. Previous experience with micro-processor controlled Surveillance Systems is desirable.


MAINTENANCE ENGINEER – SYSTEMS

Bachelor's Degree or recognize formal training in Electronics. Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in a certified GACA discipline; experience in an ATC environment is highly desirable. Must have broad working knowledge of an ATC system and be able to reconfigure working positions within the Sector APP/ACC. Must be able to pass and retain GACA certification in two or more disciplines, as required.


ELECTRO/MECHANICAL ENGINEER
  • Require a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university and good knowledge in Electro –mechanical and other related Mechanical engineering disciplines and a minimum of six years of directly related mechanical engineering professional experience.
  • A good knowledge of Mechanical Engineering Code and ASHRAE is required and knowledge in the field of Air Traffic Control facilities services, airport engineering, new work engineering, international Airports, navigational aids, communication and radar facilities will be extra plus. Knowledge of ICAO and FAA documents is preferable.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a Saudi Arabian driver's license.

ENGINEER – SOFTWARE 'A'-KAIA SYS

Require a Bachelor's Degree in computer science or electronics with five (5) years experience of Real- time programming and analysis.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – POWER GENERATION

Formal training in Power Generation Systems and preferable three (3) years experience on diesel power generation equipment, including the maintenance of governors, fuel systems, pumps, alternators, and other associated facility equipment (including air conditioning), of both mechanical and electrical in nature. Experience on auto-change and control systems employing logic circuitry is desirable, but not essential, if experience includes a sound electrical and mechanical background


MAINTENANCE TECH. – NAVAIDS SYSTEMS

Formal training and at least five (5) years experience in repair, restoration and maintenance of ground-based Navaids equipment including ILS and DME, or DVOR/VOR/TACAN, and associated remote control systems etc. A good knowledge of digital electronics is required.


MAINTENANCE TECH – SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS

Formal Radar training and good working of Primary and Secondary Radar, with at least five (5) years experience in repair, restoration and maintenance of En Route and/or Terminal Maneuvering Area Applications. A good knowledge of digital electronics and advanced digital signal.


MAINTENANCE TECH – AUTOMATION SYSTEMS

Formal training and at least (5) years experience in repair, restoration and maintenance of modern digital computers and related peripheral equipment, with at least two (2) years of this time performing at component level. Be able to demonstrate at block diagram level the architectural layout of a general purpose digital computer, and to describe the purpose and function of such major components as dynamic and static memory, micro-processors, serial and parallel ports, multiplex I/O channels, raster-scan CRT,LCD,TFT and Plasma displays, touch-sensitive screens, keyboards, modems and other common peripheral equipment. Be able to describe at least (3) general functions of an operating system in a modern, general purpose computer, and to differentiate between applications software, operating system software and diagnostic software. An in-depth knowledge of radar data handling, radar track processing techniques, flight plan data processing and Radar Display equipment as used in Air Traffic Control, is desirable.


MAINTENANCE TECH.-WORKSHOP –COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering with work experience on maintenance and repair of PCB's, or Formal training in electronics and ten (10) years experience as a communications maintenance technician.
  • A good knowledge of digital techniques and the application of microprocessors as related to communication systems is consider essential.
  • UHF/VHF/HF communication training and experience is essential.
  • Must be able to obtain and retain GACA certification in relevant communications equipment, as required.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • must posses a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a Saudi Arabian driver's license.

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – FIELD

Formal training and preferable three (3) years experience in the construction trades, which may include cabinet making or finishing carpentry, together with concreting experience. Must poses valid driver's license and be able to obtain a Saudi Arabian Driver's license.


MAINTENANCE TECH – SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS

Formal Radar training and good working of Primary and Secondary Radar, with at least five (5) years experience in repair, restoration and maintenance of En Route and/or Terminal Maneuvering Area Applications. A good knowledge of digital electronics and advanced digital signal


ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (PROJECTS)

Under the direction of the Manager, Environmental Engineering Branch, and the supervision of the Engineers/Senior Electrical Engineers for Electro-Mechanical related projects. Should be able to read drawings and carry out installations with a minimum supervision for domestic and industrial wiring and control. Must be able to supervise electricians.


Must have served a recognized electrical apprenticeship and have five (5) years experience in domestic and industrial installation and control.


Must be familiar with American and European Codes. Should be able to read drawings and carry out installation to the highest order with minimum supervision.


MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN-FACILITY-CARPENTARY
  • Formal training and preferable three (3) years experience in the construction trades, which must include cabinet making of finishing carpentry.
  • Must posses a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a Saudi Arabian driver's license.

FORMEN – ELEC/MECH
  • Must have served a recognized Electro-Mechanical apprenticeship and have five[5] years experience in domestic and industrial installation which includes Generators, HVAC, and pumps.
  • Must be familiar with American and European Mechanical Codes. Should be able to read drawing and carry out installations to the highest order with minimum supervision.
  • Should have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a Saudi Arabian driver's license.

FOREMAN – CIVIL

Under the direction of the Manager, Environmental Engineering section and or his deputies (Civil Engineer/Senior Civil Engineer) works as Civil Foreman. Coordinate the work of other related engineering/construction personnel to assure integration of all construction requirements at site.


A high school graduate with minimum of two (2) years Civil Technology Trade Certificate. A minimum of five (5) years of technical skill and the knowledge of related professional (Architectural/Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) works including basic Civil Engineering trades like Surveys Works, Site Work, Earth Work, Concrete Work, Steel Bending and Masonry Work.


Need Broad technical skill and ability to read the engineering drawings and coordinate with the specifications.


His skills must also include industrial safety and the use of safety equipment knowledge and ability required.


For helping above trades must have experience for operating lightweight equipment like air compressor/vibrator/jack hammer and must hold valid license for light vehicle.


ASSISTANT TECHNICIAN – PMEL

Under the supervision of the Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) Supervisor, assists in the repair and calibration of electrical and electronic precision measurement equipment used in the maintenance Air Traffic Control Communications and Navigation Aids.


High School Certificate with Formal training and knowledge of precision measurement equipment calibration techniques, and the maintenance of primary and secondary standards, and five (5) years experience in a calibration facility or advanced "research and development" laboratory is required.


Good knowledge of digital electronics is required.
